Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of DartCloudFunctions, Aortem software services, APIs, dashboards, documentation, and related services.

By accessing or using DartCloudFunctions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

DartCloudFunctions provides software-as-a-service tools for building, deploying, and managing Dart-native cloud functions and related developer workflows. Features may evolve over time, and Aortem does not guarantee that any specific feature, integration, or capability will remain available.

Sandbox or evaluation environments are provided solely for pre-purchase evaluation and do not represent paid access.

• Maintaining the security of account credentials.
• All activity conducted through the customer account or workspace.
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and acceptable use requirements.
• Ensuring deployed functions, code, and data are authorized for use with the service.

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance unless otherwise specified at checkout. Fees are disclosed before purchase and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. All payments are governed by the Refund Policy.

• Do not reverse engineer, extract source code, or bypass usage limits.
• Do not use the services for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• Do not interfere with service integrity, security, or availability.
• Do not deploy workloads that violate third-party rights or applicable platform policies.

All intellectual property rights in the services are owned by Aortem or its licensors. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services during an active subscription.

The services are provided on an as-available basis. Aortem may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without liability or obligation to refund.

Aortem may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent conduct, security risk, or abusive activity. Upon termination, access ceases immediately.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aortem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the services in the preceding twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
